NasonCare Corporate Compliance
NasonCare operates a Corporate Compliance program as part of its commitment to provide quality care while conducting business with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
What Do We Do
NasonCare has adopted a Code of Conduct to ensure all employees understand what is expected of them in the work environment. We provide training for our employees so they are aware of regulations and expectations. We have also established a Compliance Committee that meets regularly to discuss and resolve compliance concerns. The Compliance Committee also directs audits for potential high-risk areas within the operation.
Suppose employees become aware of violations of the Code of Conduct, NasonCare policies or procedures, or applicable laws or regulations. In that case, they have an obligation to report such violations. NasonCare prohibits any form of retaliation or retribution against anyone for reporting problems in good faith through regular communication channels or to the Hotline. Callers to the Hotline are assured anonymity and confidentiality to the law’s limit.
What You Can Do
Employees are encouraged to take the following steps if they have compliance questions or concerns:
- Talk with an immediate supervisor or manager.
